This seems to becoming a common encounter these days.
I believe i encountered one of these back in spring of 2008.
I was driving on rt9 in hoopeston il in front of their hospital.
Their was a guy just standing along the road look like he was looking for a ride.
and when i past him,i looked in the mirror and he was gone,vanished out of thin air.
This was my first time ever encountering with Phantom Hitchhikers.
Has anyone else ever encountered the Phantom Hitchhikers?
